Healing Sessions with Mary Ann Johnston

Healing is assisted by one’s willingness to heal,
with no attachment to the future outcome of the healing process,
and through acceptance and surrender.

Whether you are in Mary Ann’s healing room or 2,000 miles away makes little difference. If you have been asking on some level to be guided to those who can help in your healing process, use your heart feelings and intuition to see if the information presented here feels right for you.

Your Higher Self, in unison with Mary Ann’s inner guidance, helps orchestrate each session toward whatever you need the most. The initial focus is on clearing, which can effect positive change in one’s DNA, for physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Mary Ann acknowledges the power of divine love in her work and, when moved to do so, uses various healing modalities: Cranio-sacral, Aura Balancing, Kinesiology, Healing Touch, Advanced Reiki and others, as well as unconditional, loving support, insight, and spontaneous knowing.

The way healing may show up in your life varies, as everyone is in a different place in their evolutionary process. We often think of healing as purely physical; however, it can be emotional and spiritual as well. When embracing new patterns of renewal, you may experience an enhanced awareness of the life within and around you. Often one finds more acceptance, peace, love and joy within one’s self and in relationships with others.

After a session there may be some not-so-pleasant feelings—physical, emotional or mental—as integration, readjustment, surrender and clearing in your body, mind, and soul take place. Symptoms caused by inner conflicts and imbalances may vanish when you let go of old patterns.

In some cases, more than one session may be required. Just as in growing a garden, watering and weeding over time is a necessary discipline, you may feel the need for more than one session.

What you MAY expect when working with Mary Ann:

  • Practical advice for all phases of life.
  • Possible healing of body, mind, or spirit.
  • Insights on specific problems you are experiencing—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—and how they relate to core patterns/beliefs, so that you can understand why certain changes would be beneficial.
  • Perspectives to help you broaden your view and perhaps recognize humor in a situation.
  • Suggestions for making decisions and choices, focusing on what you REALLY want.
  • Practical suggestions and guidance that may lead to a more peaceful life.

 What NOT to expect:

  • Future predictions.
  • Someone to make your decisions for you. Mary Ann can help you have greater clarity.
  • Hearing what you want to hear. Often Spirit leads Mary Ann to profound insights that challenge one to be courageous, to face the truth, or to change one’s attitude.
  • Criticism … Non-judgment is the rule here.
  • Specific details about past lives.
  • Communication with those who have passed on.

Mary Ann keeps you in her heart and thoughts the moment you make an appointment.

FOR AN AT-A-DISTANCE HEALING SESSION
Contact Mary Ann: Email contactus@voyager.net, or write to Mary Ann at P.O.Box 326, Vanderbilt, MI, 49795, and include your phone number so she can call you. Once the appointment/commitment for distance healing is made, put your payment in the mail in advance of the session.

Prior to your session: Prepare a quiet, comfortable meditative area where you live. Settle yourself in this area and make a list of what you want to change in your life. Mary Ann keeps you in her heart and thoughts the moment you make an appointment for your session.
  • The day of your session: Stretch, relax, go for a walk, bathe, eat lightly, and be open to moving on and creating a new life. Advise loved ones not to disturb you during your session time.
  • Call Mary Ann at the agreed upon time for your session at the number she will give you when you make the appointment. Know that your appointment time is reserved for you.  Therefore, please honor this time by beginning your session on time.
  • First, you will converse with Mary Ann to inform her of your problems (physical, emotional or spiritual), what it is you want to have healed, and changes you wish to manifest in your life. Mary Ann will talk with you until she feels it is time to go to the next step. You may record this conversation.
  • Hang up the phone and, for maximum results, go to your quiet meditative area, listen to soothing music if you wish, and relax. Take a deep breath, sigh the breath out, and relax the shoulders. Do this several times.

While Mary Ann works with you from a distance, you might have visionary experiences. Some people fall asleep; many feel energy throughout their body or little sensations that come and go in areas that are being worked with. You may even be aware of several levels of things happening at the same time.  Just relax.

  • Your part in the session is completed when you feel you want to resume your daily activities.
  • After the session it is recommended that you be easy on yourself for a few days, as integration, clarity, and other changes may be taking place. We suggest you give thanks, rest, meditate, stretch (yoga postures are excellent), tone (make your own sound, mentally or verbally), bless your food, watch sunsets and sunrises.

These changes sometimes cause a healing crisis, which can be alleviated by resting, drinking lots of pure water, and improving your nutrition. Watch and be patient. Some of the most profound results show up in a few weeks or longer after a session.

OH . . . MY FRIEND

Here might I stay a while . . .
and ponder of the oceans . . .
of the sky . . . so nigh
and yet so far from I.

Here might I play . . .
upon the winds of time . . .
and depth of life . . .
and sing a while of love.

Here might I gladly spend
all my days
with grief of thine . . .
to sooth you and relieve you . . . friend.

Here might I think a while . . .
not too long or chance goes by,
to give myself for you . . .
as I am you and you are love.

Here might I listen . . .
for tears and quiet thoughts
and words unspoken and pain untold . . .
to send the loveless love . . .
and see a life unfold.

Here might I give you love . . .
and in that love, Oh . . . my friend . . .
you might know that from whence we came
is where we are and are going. . . .
All is joyful love the same.
