TEN SIGNS YOU NEED A RETREAT

 

1. You don’t laugh as much as you used to.

2. It’s difficult for you to ask others for help.

3. You go to too many meetings.

4. Your heart feels closed.

5. You rush everywhere.

6. You know there’s more to life, but don’t know what

it is or what to do about it.
